Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project, and we continue to work toward this standard as we add and update content.
What We’re Working Toward
As we build and update this website, we aim to:
- Provide descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images;
- Use clear, logically ordered headings so the structure of each page can be understood by assistive technology;
- Ensure the website can be navigated using a keyboard alone;
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds; and
- Write in plain, clear language.
